Tamiya Flat Base + Future Fail

For a flat varnish, 4:1 Future to Tamiya XF-21 Flat Base. 

Update: Left powder on the minis, and left a satiny finish.  It worked once before, but I didn't document the ratio used.  Back to experimenting.
